What is SEF
The Social Employment Fund (SEF) is government-aligned employment initiative designed to create meaningful work opportunities while addressing community and social needs. It’s a central part of the Presidential Employment Stimulus (PES) — a broader strategy launched to tackle unemployment and support economic recovery, particularly after the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Purpose of the SEF Programme
YamiMine Solutions supports the delivery of the Social Employment Fund by recruiting, inducting and supervising workers, coordinating community-based activities, and ensuring accountable programme implementation aligned with SEF requirements.
